If paid plans are offered, pricing and plan details are displayed on the Pricing page and/or checkout flow.
Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy and checkout terms control the refund process.

The platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects. Results produced by the platform, including backtests or simulations, may differ materially from real-world performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses.
In no event shall GTS be liable for losses arising from trading decisions, system malfunctions, incorrect data, missed signals, execution errors, or reliance on historical simulation results.
Your use of GTS does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, brokerage, or partnership relationship between you and GTS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GTS and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction unless the parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution process.
GTS shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, third-party service interruptions, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
